We will leave in an air-conditioned minibus to discover “La Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929” which took place in Seville and which was held as a testimony of the twinning between Spain, Latin America, the United States, Portugal and Brazil.
Enjoy in the bus with the live commentaries from our official guides on the San Telmo Palace, the University (former tobacco factory), the Lope De Vega Theater and the pavilions of Guatemala, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Morocco, Brazil, the United States, Peru and Portugal. We will also make a stop at the Plaza de España and the Plaza de America. On one side of the Plaza de America we will discover the Mudejar Pavilion, headquarters of the Museum of Popular Arts and
Customs of Seville. On the other side, we will enjoy the former Arts pavilion which has now become the Provincial Archaeological Museum.
The Plaza de España, one of the most spectacular buildings of the regionalist architecture is the greatest work of Aníbal González. It was built as the main building of the Exposición with a navigable canal and its benches represent all the provinces of Spain, as well as the busts of illustrious Spaniards on its walls. The tour ends at the Plaza de España so that you can enjoy everything it has to offer, including its navigable channel. Or, if you prefer, we can take you to the city center
