Can I make changes or cancellations to my reservations?

Depending on the chosen event, during the booking process you will be able to choose rates that are more flexible than others. Before paying for the purchase, in the summary, we will show you a table where you will be able to consult the costs for modifying or canceling the reservation in each case.

I want to modify or cancel my reservation, what do I have to do?

Write or call us so that we can process it. First of all, make sure you check the table of modification and cancellation fees that we send you with the documentation, the costs involved in this procedure.

Does my train reservation include transfers?

No, transfers to the hotel or to the chosen leisure activity are not included, unless otherwise specified in a special package. However, your AVE ticket includes a free Cercanías Renfe or Rodalíes ticket in case you need to travel.

Do I have to bring the printed documentation?

Both train tickets and hotel vouchers can be shown on your cell phone. Tickets for shows, museums or guided tours, we will indicate in your documentation in each case if you have to bring it printed. The train conductor may ask you to show him the voucher of the other services included in your package, remember to carry the complete documentation by hand or on your cell phone.

How do I receive my reservation?

After finalizing the payment we will send you, to the email entered in the reservation, the confirmation and documentation of your reservation. Check your spam or junk folder. You also have a button to download the purchase, recommended option in case the confirmation email does not reach you.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You will be able to pay for your reservations at the end of the purchase process by selecting your preferred payment method: credit card, Paypal and/or gift card.

Can I take out cancellation insurance?

Yes, to avoid possible cancellation fees and especially in package bookings we advise you to purchase a cancellation insurance for justified reason. You can add it just before finalizing the purchase process. Check the guarantees covered in the same section here.

What can I buy with a gift card?

Gift cards can be used to pay for package bookings (with hotel or train) or just leisure, everything you find in renfeviajes.renfe.com except to pay for another gift card. Once you have chosen the product, select gift card in the payment method. If there is not enough balance you can pay the rest with another payment method. Are the packages with hotel or train customizable?

Yes, in any of our packages, you can choose dates, times, rates, hotel, type of accommodation,... the system returns the price corresponding to the choice you are making.

Are the train tickets nominative?

Yes, in order to process a reservation containing a train, we will ask you for names, surnames and ID of each passenger. For children under 13 years old we will not ask for the ID card. Any change of the holder may incur charges.

Do babies need a train ticket?

Yes, all passengers need a ticket. Babies from 0 to 3 years old (not occupying a seat) do not pay for the train, but they have to bring a free train ticket. Call us after finalizing the reservation and we will send you their ticket.

Does my reservation include luggage?

Maximum 3 pieces of hand luggage. The sum of the weight of the 3 pieces shall not exceed 25 kg, and the sum of their dimensions shall not exceed 290 cm. The largest of them must not exceed 85x55x35 cm. Also, baby chairs and strollers, which must be folded on board. Musical instruments in a case and not exceeding 30x120x38 cm. Bicycles folded and disassembled in their case, and their three dimensions shall not exceed 180 cm. One special baggage per passenger, maximum 120x90x40 cm, plus a hand baggage not exceeding 55x35x25 cm, may be carried.

Is it possible to choose payment at the hotel when booking here?

At the moment it is not possible to choose this payment method. You can select a flexible rate and if you end up having to cancel, we will refund your money, so you don't have to worry!

Do babies pay for the hotel?

It will depend on each hotel, but the general rule is that children under 2 years old do not pay for the hotel. However, in the reservation you must enter all the people who are going to stay, whether they are babies or not.
